Aahhh, C. J., you have taken me back to my childhood in Montana. Will be starring this one in my email to continue to visit through the winter season (Texas has a couple weeks of cold and ice, rarely the snow of joy-filled childhood memories). Happy WINTER season to you! Many blessings and MUCH LOVE, ~Wendy💜
I’m so pleased to know the poems touched you, Wendy. Thank you. Happy Winter from toasty warm Florida! No snow here either. It’s barefoot weather for me 365 days a year!
Great writing and poems C J . I loved the snow when i was little . Did all you did . Yet for me always hoped it snowed a lot . Then I could go out with my dad and plow driveways . I was always excited to have time with my dad before he passed . So I was looking for many huge snowflakes . hugs and peace to you and family
Hi Ken. Yeah. That’s exactly why I posted it today. I’ve been watching the Weather Channel to make sure we aren’t in for another Florida hurricane and I saw the massive humongous snowstorm that’s heading for the Midwest and Northeast. That concerns me because almost all of our family is within that storm area.

I really enjoy your poems and stories, C.J. The poems almost made me look forward to the snow in the forecast in a few days. Almost. :)
Thank you very much, Rod. That makes me smile.
Wow, CJ, you are such a prolific writer.
They’re only daily snippets, Kathleen —poor as a church mouse. 😊
Stephen King is a prolific writer and he has the bank account to prove it. 😮

I’m so happy you had that time with your dad, Mitch.
hugs and peace back
We didn’t have chili and cornbread, but lots of hot chocolate ❄️❄️🥶🥶
Interesting you note this today. Hot rumors of heavy snow and high winds on the horizon for the Midwest and Northeast.
