Yuck that would stop me from eating . Damn salads always get in the way of tasty bandages lol . Sorry Mom found that in salad . Granted to the restaurant tried to make up for it , by food and free desert , I am not sure i would of excepted either . Hope it was good though . Catherine , hugs to you and family

Love your remark/joke about salads get in the way of tasty bandages! You have a great sense of humor, Mitch. Make me laugh!

We never ate there again --that experience ruined it for all of us

Oh thanks C . J. , I thought it could use a little joke in case others were eating lol . I hope you wouldn't eat their again , yet honestly back than who knows what we ate . Restaurants were lax back than , As proven by your post and a couple i worked at , use a badinage then back to work . Maybe I was strange but if had to use one , would wrap my hole hand because i knew they fell off . But that is besides the point will go back to my bandage lettuce and tomato sandwich . hugs to you

I think you’re right. Things were different back then, much more lax. They had no way to keep dinosaurs from stepping on tables either … <wink>

My bandaids always fall off. Just the other day I had a bandaid on my finger and it did not stay there for very long! I was doing dishes and it fell off in the dish water! I fished it out and never put another bandaid on!
