Yes, so l am learning to love that pesky self, she defers to her soul self. One of my most liberating lessons is to accept the ego, she comes with the body, the human experience. Is she still pesky, yes … not as destructive as she was a decade or two, or three, or four ago …. 🤦♀️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have realised that ego starts the bodily fear response related to a fearful thought, so the anxiety manifests as resistance or persistence … rather than accepting what is … and that can be with simple things like trying to get an online visa for travel 😂🤦♀️
Hi C.J, yes, l am travelling to Egypt either am old school friend in September and the bloody technology, fire walls etc have made it a prolonged process for the 2 of us techno dinosaurs so we have out sourced it 🤣, after about 6 hours of persistent resistance 😂😂😂🥰🤣🤣.
