Children in the UK could have Kool Aid stands I suppose, couldn't they? They learn so much from having a stand of some sort. Spending money, independence, control of their "fortunes" for spending, or banking, and meeting and talking with customers. All good practice and lessons for life.
Kool aid is a children’s drink that comes in a packet, add water and sugar, several flavors, very inexpensive, and it makes a pitcherful. The little pitcher guy is animated for commercials and the spokesman. The pictures I added to this didn't come through. Sorry.

I had a local Saturday radio show for a few years. One morning I featured an account of a ten year old kid and his lemonade stand in the gallery district. He was charging $1.00 per glass, in keeping with the economy of the area where he was selling his lemonade.
