I Don't even know how to respond to this , because never felt many i considered important . Yet I will try , for me honesty is tops , at 68 years of age now was hoping love would be on this , yet not sure I ever felt love . Yet like always C J , your great writing gives us all something to think about . Hugs and peace to all
Hello Mitch, I say this because I care: I wish your life had been so much different, my friend. One thing I still want to remind you of, “Never say ‘never’.” Love has a way of sneaking up on us whenever it chooses to, so it could be just around the corner, Mitch.
Thank you for the kind things you say. You are good for the soul and I appreciate your friendship. ❤️💕
Doubt it all you want, Mitch, but there’s a wonderful lady ‘out there’ somewhere who is going to see you, the real you, and somehow, some way, love will happen. I’m very happy to call you my friend, too. You have a sweet heart that’s bigger than Texas. 💕❤️
Hello C.J. I totally agree with you. The most important element for me was having a loving partner which I did for thirty years. Now my loving “partner “ must be me, well me and God.
CJ, I think you pretty much summed it all up, and as usual didn’t miss a beat. I would say patience would be at or near the top of the list. Without it, some of the other things you mention would be very difficult to achieve. It seems that as we age, keeping that level of patience seems to dwindle as, at least in my case, adapting to change is not the easiest thing in the world. I’ve never been any good with change in general pretty much my whole life, yet somehow my patience level, until recently, has been pretty sound. The thoughts, beliefs, actions and perhaps most importantly, attitudes of so many make staying patient a near impossibility, making most everything a challenge in order to keep moving forward.

Hi C.J, Love, Love, Love, despite being a romantic soul, that Love for me encompasses: trust, humour, compassion, integrity … passion. ❤️🥰🔥
Me, too, Simone! 😁😁

Hello Lauren. Thirty years is a long time. I know how that loss leaves a painful void in your life. You are in my heart.
One thing to hold onto, my friend: The Universe works in mysterious ways. Love just might find you again …
This is beautiful, C.J. So many life lessons that are worth learning written in such a lovely way. Thank you for sharing this. 💫✨
Thank you, Trudi, You’re very kind.
