Not to worry, my dear, I'm all for sleep-deprived mania, or mania of any kind as long as pistols and swords aren't involved.

No pistols, swords, not even any alcohol, although if I had owned any, I might have broken the seal to see if sleep had crawled inside the bottle. Do you ever have a sleeping problem?

I have a HUGE sleeping problem--I can sleep up to 12 hours at a clip only arising to pee and going right back to bed to continue where I left off. But, OTH, I can also stay up into the very wee-est of hours. Very often, however, I will awaken in the middle of the night and it'll be up to 2 hours before I realize I've been following errant thoughts down rabbit holes. Once I snap out of it, I find if I just totally relax my muscles and consciously/mindfully open up to the universe, I'm out in the speed of light. P.S. Alcohol may relax you so that you fall asleep initially but it has been shown in clinical studies that it has a tendency to cause you to awaken in the middle of the night not easily able to go back to sleep--uh oh, I think I just gave myself away, LOL. Well, I don't think of wine as alcohol and neither does the Universe (it told me so). ;-)))
