Cute! I used to love Frosties! But they didn't talk. I mean, they apparently roared, but I never heard a peep.

Good Morning, Francesca. Frosted Flakes with Tony the Tiger?

G-R-R-R-E-A-T-!

Yes! I used to love those, too!

I can’t remember what the French slogan was… what do you have for breakfast now? I have coconut (vegan) yogurt and gluten free cereal with a few berries. And I add maple syrup and feel guilty but I don’t eat chocolate or biscuits (or mega rarely) so I guess it’s ok-ish.

You need to splurge sometimes, Francesca, but I know what you mean. We get older and … healthier.

I now have coffee and toast with peanut butter every morning.

I love toast! I sometimes have sourdough toast because it’s a bit easier to digest. I eat a lot of almond butter, I’ve never liked peanut butter. I adore jam, especially blackberry jam! And orange marmalade.

Thank you, Rod. I’m glad you enjoy them. I’ll be sure and let my inner child know … she’s so ornery and headstrong. <wink>

I learned to read by looking at the words on boxes of cereal. Wheaties had the best stories. It was a long time before I knew what Reg Dept Penna Agr meant. Made no sense. And big Yes to Snap, Crackle and Pop with appropriate and inappropriate sounds.

Morning, Gary. I also remember reading cereal boxes and some had games to play. Must be something all children do.

Thank you for your kind comments.

Ahh this made me smile! And brought back happy memories of those snap, crackle and pop mornings. I loved rice crispies (until I discovered coco pops) and would eat them with a sprinkling of sugar! 🥰
